AYURVEDA SERVICES

Ayurveda, which translates as “knowledge of longevity”, is the oldest form of health and healing known. This healing modality works via prevention and by addressing the root cause of illness, instead of the symptoms. Ayurveda originates from India and has its roots in the elemental theory. According to Ayurveda, each individual has their own unique constitution (dosha) of Vata (ether & air), Pitta (water & fire), and Kapha (water & earth).

Live your best life physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually using diet, lifestyle, herbs, bodywork and yoga therapy unique to your own constitution.
