In the mind resides the ability to maintain harmony with our soul, or the potential to derail and create dissonance. Three main attributes of the mind, known as Manas Gunas, help us to understand these tendencies. Stop by to gain a new perspective on the mind and how to maintain harmony in daily life!

What is Ayurveda? – Ayurveda is a natural system of medicine originating from India more than 3,000 years ago. The term Ayurveda is derived from the Sanskrit words ayur (life) and veda (science or knowledge). Thus, Ayurveda translates to knowledge of life, the primary foci of which, is healthy living, and the holistic prevention and treatment of illness.

This is a donations-based class with a suggested donation of $20. No experience is necessary, just bring your curiosity.

Location: The Yoga and Bodywork Collective, 274 S Main St., Waynesville, NC.
